    The Southern Scientific Institute of Marine Fisheries and Oceanography, or YugNIRO (Kerch, Crimea), is involved into the complex studies of biology of the Black and Azov Seas and development of mariculture. It provides research in: ecosystem monitoring, ukrainian fishery, environmental protection, biological active compounds from hydrobionts.
