| Abstract: | В книге впервые особое внимание уделено «третьим» элементам системы
крови – тромбоцитам, их появлению у позвоночных животных. Авторы делают
попытку разобраться в происхождении тромбоцитов и их функций, высказывая
при этом определенные гипотезы. Обращается внимание на причины ошибок, до-
пущенных ранее при рассмотрении этих вопросов. Полученные авторами резуль-
таты позволили обосновать более значительную роль тромбоцитов, чем только
непосредственное участие их в свертывании крови. Представленные материалы
позволяют осуществлять тестирование физиологического состояния организма, а
ранняя диагностика заболеваний дает возможность предупреждать негативные
для животных последствия.
Монография рассчитана на ихтиологов, экологов, ветеринарных врачей, работни-
ков зоопарков, специалистов, занимающихся охраной окружающей среды, а так-
же студентов и аспирантов биологических и медицинских учебных заведений.
For the first time special attention has been paid to ‘third’ elements of the blood
system, i.e. to thrombocytes, and to their appearance in vertebrate animals. The authors
try to understand the origin of thrombocyte and their functions; they propose certain hypotheses.
The causes of errors made earlier when considering these questions are elucidated.
The results obtained by the authors allow them to prove a greater role of thrombocytes
in addition to their direct participation in blood coagulation. The materials presented
allow one to test the physiological state of an organism while the early diagnostics
of diseases allow one to prevent negative consequences possible for animals.
The monograph is intended for ichthyologists, ecologists, veterinary surgeons,
zoo keepers, specialists engaged in environmental protection and students and postgraduated
students of biological and medical institutions. |
